BLOOMEC began as a family vision: to bring new possibilities to the flowers and foliage of Ecuador through preservation. Founded by Mario and David, our story continues through the people who bring that vision to life each day.
Our farm and production facility are based in Tabacundo, in the Ecuadorian Andes. Here, our connection to nature meets the knowledge, patience and care of our team.
Our name brings together “Bloom,” an expression of flowering and growth, and “ec,” a tribute to Ecuador. It reflects where we come from and our desire to keep growing, learning and creating.
Our Story
Our people are at the heart of BLOOMEC. In the fields, their hands nurture roses and foliage with care. In our production facility, they select, prepare and refine our preserved botanicals, one by one.
Every product carries their skill and dedication. Valuing that work is part of our purpose: to create dignified employment and opportunities for more people in our community.
Our journey is shaped by the determination to keep moving forward, even through challenges. We continue to learn, research and develop new possibilities, working closely with clients who bring their own ideas and aspirations.
